| Breaking News | | Monday, April 10th, 2023: 16-K Masterpiece for Arteaga The Prince Albert Rippers were victorious over the Queens Queens today 3-2 at Ballpark of Laredo after getting an outstanding performance from starting pitcher Héctor Arteaga. The 23-year-old Arteaga brought his top game to the mound, striking out 16 batters while allowing 3 hits and no walks.
"He made a lot of good pitches out there," the Queens manager said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters by swinging at everything, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes."

| | Saturday, August 13th, 2022: Aguilar Records Shutout Against Prince Albert "My pitching coach told me before the game just to bear down and focus. He said no one was going to hit me if I'm throwing a good breaking ball with good location."
And that's what Francisco Aguilar did as he led the Mash to a 3-0 shutout victory over the Rippers.
"I thought he put the ball where he wanted to," the Prince Albert manager said. "And that's just about the whole secret to pitching."
Aguilar yielded 1 hit and had 7 strikeouts and 1 walk in a standout performance.
This season Aguilar has worked 183 innings with 149 strikeouts en route to a 13-6 record and a 3.39 ERA. | | | | Team Information | | Record overall | 12-16, .429 PCT | | Position in Division | 3rd, 6.0 GB | | Record at home | 6-7, .462 PCT | | Record on the road | 6-9, .400 PCT | | Record in X-inning games | 1-2, .333 PCT | | Record in one-run games | 5-4, .556 PCT | | Record versus LHP | 4-3, .571 PCT | | Record versus RHP | 8-13, .381 PCT | | Record last 10 games | 2-8, .200 PCT | | Record in April | 12-16, .429 PCT |
