William McCulloch of the Ortonville Harvesters worked his mound magic on the Hartford Underdogs. He blanked them 12-0 on 3 hits, registering 5 strikeouts and 3 walks.
"Making good pitches is the name of the game and I made some good ones in this one," said McCulloch to SION scribes after the game.
In 24 starts this season McCulloch has fashioned a 8-7 record and a 4.75 ERA.

 | Sunday, August 1st, 2021: James Spins Shutout Against Harvesters
Speaking after the game, the Boardwalk manager said, "Jeffrey James had everything going for him. He controlled their bat speed, stayed down, had a lot of movement... he had it all...masterful."
James held the Ortonville Harvesters to 6 hits and fashioned a fine 5-0 shutout. He had no walks and 4 strikeouts in the game.
"We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," the Ortonville skipper told reporters.
In 2021 James has compiled a 14-7 record with a 4.05 ERA in 26 starts.
